Incident Traces in Kosal - Root Cause Analysis¶
Overview¶
Each incident captures relavent traces data to aid in with the investigations.
Prerequisites¶
- Quick Start Guide is completed
View an Incident Traces¶
Click on the Traces tab to see the incident metrics.
The Traces page shows the following:

Time Capsule: This allows you to go back in time and replay the incident.

Heatmap: This shows the heatmap of processed traces during the incident time window.

Base Line Comparision of Response Times: As a user, you can select a specific region and compare the response time from that region with rest of the traces.

Traces Table: This shows anomalous traces during the incident time window.
