Overview¶

The CloudAEye Free Tier provides customers the ability to try out our services free of charge up to the specified limits.

Two types of free tier offers are available.

These offers do not expire. They are open to all customers.

Logs Lite	1 application; 100 MB of new logs ingestion per day; 1-day retention; parse logs with sophisticated rules; view logs with dashboard
Notifications	Slack notifications
User Management	1 team member; manage tenant and service level access

These offers are free for 12-months following your initial sign-up date to CloudAEye.

Notifications	30 email and SMS notifications per month
User Management	Up to 3 team members; manage tenant and service level access

If you use AWS and want to boost your productivity with AI, our services are for you. They work best with cloud native apps that use microservices.

Do I need to provide my credit card for free trials?

No. If you provide a credit card, you will not be charged for free tier service limits.

How do I find out if I go over the quota?

You will receive an email notification when you reach 85% of your quota for a service. Billing will show usage details.

What happens when I go over my quota?

You will be charged for the overage based on CloudAEye pricing.
